Interview 71
– Alexander, can you please tell our readers about mentalists (extrasensory perception experts) and their methods of treatment.
– With pleasure. So, the first mentalists, i.e. people with hypersensitivity were hunters. Sitting at the fire, after a difficult fight for survival, watching the flames dance, sometimes still hungry, the hunter felt his pain quelling, his old wounds (from a saber-toothed tiger or a mammoth attack) stopped hurting him. Rubbing the painful spot or just touching it he would notice a relief.
His first slender knowledge he applied while treating his wounded tribemen. When the wound festered it was washed with cold water and covered with wood ash, for stomach aches one would take wood ash in, apply honey, fat of killed animals, plant leaves, tree bark, smear with saliva, then the condition would improve.
Step-by-step the first healer came about – a shaman who understood that he could help his tribemen in case of this or that illness. Fumigating them with aromatic intoxicating herbs an ancient healer relieved their pain.
Making magical hand motions, putting his hands on a wounded or sick person, rubbing the hurting areas, ancients healers couldn’t even imagine that that was the beginning of the first treatment provided nowadays by extrasensory perception experts.
Petroglyphic drawings and Egyptian murals found by scientists depict people holding the heads of other persons in their hands. Painters often depicted halo (glowing light) around those healers. Maybe that was the first aura — the electromagnetic field of a human, or the biofield — as seen by painters.
Putting his ear against the heart of a tribeman and simultaneously touching his hand, neck or leg, a shaman sensed synchronic identical beat. Maybe that was the origin of pulse diagnostics and the first steps of the point massage shiatsu (acupuncture) widely applied nowadays.
Playng the dried animal veins, a shaman would reach the moment of congruence of energy vibrations balance of the magnetic field of Earth and a human magnetic field. In that case a sick person would often recover or his condition would improve. The contemporary music therapy has the same effect.
